  • 2 avocados cut into pieces
  • 3 cloves of garlic, skinless
  • 2 cups chickpeas (400 g)
  • 1/2 cup ground green chili (100 g)

  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice (45 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ground coriander (30 g)
  • 1 cup crushed nachos (100 g)
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper (15 g)

  • Now incorporate the chickpeas in the chosen container. Using a fork, start to stir everything until you have a paste.
  • Finally, add the rest of the ingredients to the mixture and continue to stir until you obtain a puree. To make vegan burgers, the mixture you just made should look like hamburger meat. Then shape the dough to get the right shape.
  • Once done, grill the topping for three minutes on each side.
  • You just have to assemble your burger as you see fit.
  • Enjoy your meal!
